- Soak beans overnight. Remove water next day. After couple of hours, boil these for 3-4 minutes.
- Add very small amount of salt.
- Add raisins, walnuts and chopped apples.

These are the recipes that Anuj and I enjoyed cooking and eating! Most of them have come to me via long distance calling - and some are recipes that we experimented with (building upon recipes on other blogs). I really hope I can look up this blog and spice up my cooking - especially when I start finding my cooking boring! Oh yeah - these are all vegetarian recipes
